You need people to do something differently.
Whether you're leading a company, launching a strategy, teaching a class, or taking the stage, I help groups care, participate, and act.
You call it engagement buy-in adoption alignment engagement
I call it movement.

About Lindsey
I’m a screenwriter turned organizational psychologist. For twenty years, my work has taken me through some very different rooms and eventually led me to one question: What moves people?
From Hollywood to classrooms to global organizations, I kept noticing the same patterns in what moves groups and what doesn’t. Those patterns became my book, Moved.

Moved
The Art and Science of What Moves Us & How to Move Others
Most advice about influence focuses on persuading one person at a time. But much of life asks us to do something different: move a group.
From classrooms to companies, comedy clubs to concert halls, Moved reveals what people who consistently move groups understand about human behavior and how the rest of us can do the same.
