Terms of Use
Effective September 14, 2026
These terms cover your use of lindseycaplan.com, which is run by Lindsey Caplan. By using the site, you are agreeing to them.
What this site is
This site shares information about Lindsey Caplan’s speaking, advisory work, writing and her book, Moved. The content here is general information. It is not psychological, medical, legal or financial advice, and it is not a professional recommendation for your organization. Reading it does not make you a client.
Engagements are separate
Speaking, advisory and consulting work are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.
Our content
The writing, images, video, frameworks and original models on this site, including the Moved Model, belong to Lindsey Caplan or are used with permission. You are welcome to link to the site and to quote briefly with attribution. Please do not republish, sell or redistribute substantial portions of it, or present the work as your own. Please also do not use automated tools to scrape the site, or use its content to train machine learning models, without our written permission.
The book
Moved is published by Amplify and sold by third-party retailers. Anything you buy from a retailer is governed by that retailer’s terms, not ours.
What you send us
If you send a question or comment, you are giving us permission to read it and reply. Please do not send anything confidential. If you send an idea or a suggestion, we may use it without owing you anything for it.
Subscribing is voluntary and you can unsubscribe at any time. We may remove anyone whose use of the list is abusive or clearly not what it is for.
Third-party tools and links
The site links to and embeds tools and websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
No guarantees
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it always will be.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from decisions you make based on what you read here.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled by the courts located there.
